Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer – Real Estate

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 9+ years of experience, specializing in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of real estate branding, property marketing, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, digital campaigns, and design assets that drive engagement, enhance brand identity, and support sales initiatives across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, floor plans, sales kits, hoardings, signage, and event branding.
• Design and manage digital campaigns (social media creatives, website graphics, emailers, ads, presentations, and videos).
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and property development teams to create impactful visual content tailored to specific projects.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Oversee 3D renderings, virtual tours, and architectural visualizations, coordinating with vendors/agencies when required.
• Create compelling infographics, investor decks, and corporate presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize designs for both print and digital channels, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends in real estate marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 9+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the Real Estate industry (residential, commercial, or luxury projects preferred).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics, web design, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-specific work such as project branding, marketing campaigns, and property launches.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.
