Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design

  high-quality creatives, carousels, stories, ads, and reels

  for platforms like

  LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Lead and guide a small design team

  , providing creative direction, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to plan and execute cohesive campaign visuals.
• Work directly with clients to translate their brand identity and goals into visual strategies.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all platforms.
• Develop

  motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos

  for enhanced social engagement.

• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and timelines across multiple client accounts.

• Utilize tools like

  Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later

  for post scheduling and management.
• Maintain and organize a

  comprehensive digital asset library

  .
• Stay current with

  social media trends, design innovations, and emerging digital tools

  .

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience

  as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or digital marketing agencies.
• A

  strong portfolio

  showcasing advanced, versatile social media campaigns and brand designs.
• Expert proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

  , and

  Canva or Figma

  .
• Strong understanding of

  brand storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography

  .
• Experience working with

  multiple brands or industries simultaneously

  .
• Knowledge of

  social media algorithms, ad formats, and engagement-driven design principles

• Excellent
