Senior General Manager - HR

Job Location:

Exp: 18+ yrs

Must have experience of working with a MNC & global teams.

lead and manage the India HR team, delivering strategic and operational excellence across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the HR team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive inclusion, diversity, and a culture of belonging across the organization.
  • Oversee resource planning, cyclical HR processes, and strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and global teams to enhance HR processes and service delivery.
  • Identify and lead change management projects, fostering adaptability and resilience.
  • Support leadership in talent attraction, development, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate talent needs and refine HR approaches.
  • Manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.

  • Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Strong understanding of inclusion and diversity best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
