Impact You'll Make:

• Own and architect end-to-end features for our core treasury management platform
• Lead technical implementation of client-specific customizations
• Contribute to our AI/ML initiatives, including LLM fine-tuning and chatbot development
• Drive technical decisions and improve system architecture
• Mentor junior developers and interns

Technologies You will work on:

• Frontend: React, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Recharts
• Backend: Python FastAPI, GraphQL, Hasura, Power Automate, Selenium, UIPath
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
• AI/ML: LLM fine-tuning, time series analysis, NLP, Vision
• Data Processing: Airflow, Celery, Flower
• Cloud: AWS infrastructure
• Development: Git, Agile methodologies

Who We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building production-grade web applications
• Solid understanding of databases and API design
• Ability to deliver features independently with minimal supervision
• Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and client requirements
