Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications with React.js and Next.js, translating complex UI/UX designs into clean, reusable code.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time features.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, especially for high-load healthcare environments.
• Integrate and manage AWS services (Lambda, Amplify, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) to support backend infrastructure.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality product iterations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and scalable database design.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time features.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Proven experience implementing secure authentication/authorization flows.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, fast-paced team.
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in healthcare IT or experience with HIPAA-compliant applications.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Strong awareness of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
