Where : Chennai Type : Fulltime Responsibilities: Architect, design, and build scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend services. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Integrate third-party APIs and manage secure authentication mechanisms. Work in Agile sprints and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Take ownership of modules or end-to-end features and drive them to completion. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of experience in Full stack development. Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Angular. Strong backend experience with Node.js , Express.js , Nest.js, or any other relevant backend stack. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices, and integration patterns. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, Git). Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude. Nice-to-Haves: Exposure to sustainability, ESG, or impact-tech projects. Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js or charting tools. Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
