Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Founding Engineer / Senior Full Stack Developer at Fenrir Security, you will be instrumental in building an advanced desktop application focused on secure, intelligent, and autonomous workflows. You will have the opportunity to be one of the first engineering hires and take ownership of the entire product engineering stack, from interface design to system orchestration. This role is perfect for someone who excels in early-stage environments, is passionate about developing performance-focused desktop systems, and seeks to work on the cutting edge of AI-enabled automation. **Responsibilities:** - Architect and develop a high-performance Electron-based desktop application. - Create intelligent frontend workflows using React 18, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript. - Construct scalable backend services in Node.js 20 to support secure tool orchestration. - Integrate with external systems such as CLI tools, terminal processes, file systems, and MCP-like interfaces. - Design efficient local storage, memory management, and prompt-pipeline systems. - Implement token and session lifecycle management, agent command execution, and sandboxed operations. - Deliver cross-platform (Windows & macOS) builds using Electron and Vite pipelines. **Requirements:** - 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a track record of delivering Electron applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), including knowledge of bundling and module systems. - Experience working with React at a production level and managing state in large applications. - Deep understanding of backend architecture, async task management, and secure file handling. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. - Familiarity with cross-platform builds for Windows & macOS. - Bonus: Experience with embedded AI assistants, autonomous agent frameworks, or toolchain orchestration.
