About The Company Incorporated in 2020, Mesh is a B2B tech startup based out of US and India We are backed by top VC firms such as YC, Peak XV and RTP Global 70+ customers across the world such as Comcast, Grant Thornton and Groww among others What you’ll do As a member of our team, you will: Work closely with design, product and development teams to create interfaces which users love Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design Requirement analysis, estimation, planning, layout design for the assigned projects Be responsible to drive innovation in software development, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Testing of completed tasks in ongoing projects in a team before delivering it to QA Maintain focus on customer/user experience and be prompt with problem resolution What you'll need 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React Proficient in React Hooks and functional components Hands-on experience with Redux for state management Solid understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services Strong skills in CSS, SCSS, and CSS-in-JS techniques such as styled-components Experience in implementing responsive, mobile-first designs with attention to layout, usability, and performance Working knowledge of web accessibility standards and ability to build inclusive user interfaces Experience writing tests using Jest or similar JavaScript testing frameworks Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development and documentation Experience contributing to or maintaining reusable component libraries in a collaborative team environment‍ What else does Mesh have to offer?
