About The Company Incorporated in 2020, Mesh is a B2B tech startup based out of US and India We are backed by top VC firms such as YC, Peak XV and RTP Global 70+ customers across the world, such as Comcast, Grant Thornton and Groww, among others What you’ll do As a member of our team, you will: Develop and execute manual test cases and scripts. Participate in agile estimation, factoring in product and process requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Record test results, log defects, and track issues to closure. Work closely with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and clients to plan test schedules, execute test plans/cases, and ensure high-quality product delivery. Review functional and technical documentation to identify requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Coordinate testing efforts across teams, provide status updates, and recommend improvements to product reliability, performance, and QA best practices. Perform manual, regression, and basic performance testing to validate functionality, usability, and stability. What you need Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing. Proven expertise in manual testing techniques, including exploratory, functional, and user-acceptance testing. Strong experience designing and maintaining regression test suites. Passionate about understanding the application end to end and translating the understanding to process flows or documents Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities. Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a distributed (remote/hybrid) team environment. Good to have: Knowledge about Databases like SQL. Knowledge on API Testing, like Postman, Karate Knowledge of Performance Testing. What else does Mesh have to offer? We’re so glad you asked!
