About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Frontend Developer (JavaScript / ReactJS) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

This role goes beyond development — you will also interact with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver enterprise and AI-driven applications that set new standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain advanced user interfaces with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Directly interact with clients to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries with a focus on scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and client demos.
• (Preferred) Take ownership of full-stack tasks when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience in client interactions, requirement gathering, and translating functional needs into technical designs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure, and performant web applications.
• Familiarity with Git version control, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Strong Plus Points)

• Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, Express, databases).
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, or other modern build tools.
• Experience with UI/UX collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience in leading small teams or mentoring developers.
