About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences. At Ideen, you will be a shared design resource across all projects, ensuring design consistency, scalability, and accessibility.

This role is ideal for designers who excel at wireframing, prototyping, user research, and accessibility standards. A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma, Adobe XD (or similar tools).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to bring designs to life.
• Ensure design scalability and UI/UX consistency across multiple projects.
• Incorporate accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) into design workflows.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio required (applications without portfolio links will not be considered).

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience collaborating with AI-driven and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or design systems.
• Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, ReactJS) for better dev collaboration.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum workflows.

Pay Range

₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC) for experienced mid-level designers (≥4 years, strong portfolio).
