UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, designing intuitive interfaces, and developing visually appealing navigation and graphic elements.
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with design software, wireframe tools, and a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation components, and search fields
• Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes to visualize functionality and appearance
• Create original graphic assets (images, icons, illustrations, tables, etc.)
• Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback
• Identify and resolve UX issues, including layout and responsiveness
• Conduct layout/UI adjustments based on testing and user feedback
• Ensure consistency with style guides related to fonts, colors, design systems, and imagery
• Test UI components such as CTAs, banners, landing pages, and page flows
• Produce UX deliverables including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven UI/UX design experience (startup experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Excellent visual design ability with deep understanding of user-system interaction
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX projects for web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience with wireframe tools (InVision, Wireframe.cc, etc.)
• Working knowledge of technologies like HTML, CSS (SCSS), design systems, iOS/Android guidelines
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
