UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design polished UI layouts, components, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
• Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
• Work with developers to ensure design accuracy and implementation quality.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.).
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design sense—typography, layout, color theory, spacing.
• Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly.
• A solid design portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.

Good to Have

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics.
• Familiarity with design systems.
• Motion/interaction design skills (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
