Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Conduct user research, create user personas, and analyse user feedback.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in design systems and visual identity across all products.
  • Iterate designs based on usability testing and team feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver design assets to the development team and support them during implementation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX research, UI layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience in creating responsive and accessible designs.
  • Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and design systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
