Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Associate – Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects through various channels including cold calling, and supporting the overall sales cycle for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads and pitch SparxIT services to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, email campaigns, and social platforms.
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior BD or Sales Managers.
• Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and business presentations.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / IT Sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation for IT or software services preferred.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
