Sales Associate

Location: Newtown, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts. This role is crucial for our growth and involves on-ground sales, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients in both corporate and residential sectors. You'll be a key part of the team, responsible for expanding our service to new customers and locations.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales: Actively engage in field sales within residential societies & corporates to demonstrate and sell our waterless car wash services directly to customers. Corporate and Society Tie-ups: Support the Sales Manager in identifying, approaching, and securing new partnerships with residential societies and corporate offices. This involves regular on-site visits and follow-ups. Cold Calling: Make professional and persuasive cold calls to societies and corporates to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations of our waterless car wash process to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our eco-friendly service. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals. Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the Territory Sales Manager. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Freshers with a strong drive to learn and succeed are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree is a plus. Other: Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory for field sales. Knowledge of the local market in New Town, Kolkata is a bonus.
