The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting products and answering their queries, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Additional responsibilities include creating attractive displays, processing transactions accurately, and achieving sales targets. The role requires fostering customer relationships, staying updated with product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively Proficiency in sales techniques, product recommendations, and achieving sales goals Organizational and inventory management skills Basic computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and data entry Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous Knowledge or background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
