About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Frontend Developer (JavaScript / ReactJS) with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in developing responsive, user-friendly web applications and integrating frontend with backend APIs.

At Ideen, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing interactive UI components for enterprise and AI-driven applications. You will work closely with our backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performance web applications.

This role is ideal for developers who have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and responsive design. Full-stack development capability will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive UIs using ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement state management solutions (Redux / Context API).
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for all devices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Contribute to reusable component libraries and follow coding best practices.
• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and team discussions.
• (Preferred) Contribute to backend work if you have full-stack skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proven experience in API integration with backend systems.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, Express, databases).
• Experience with UI/UX collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Pay Range

Up to ₹7,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (CTC) for candidates with strong full-stack capabilities or exceptional portfolios.
