Senior Flutter Developer

Your Role

Own the Mobile Product

• Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of the WTF mobile application.
• Ensure world-class user experience and app stability across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Take full ownership of architecture, scalability, and deployment.

UI/UX Excellence

• Collaborate closely with the design team to convert UI/UX mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces.
• Implement smooth animations, responsive layouts, and intuitive workflows.

API Integration & Logical Flow

• Integrate backend APIs efficiently and ensure seamless real-time data synchronization.
• Architect logical workflows and state management using tools like

  Bloc

  Riverpod

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize app performance to ensure minimal load times, zero lag, and crash-free experience.
• Utilize

  Flutter DevTools

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Implement unit, widget, and integration testing to maintain code reliability.
• Work with QA to ensure every release is stable, polished, and production-ready.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams to brainstorm and deliver new features.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold clean coding standards.
• Drive innovation by introducing the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of mobile app development experience, with

  3+ years in Flutter

  building production-grade applications.
• Strong command of

  Dart

• Proven experience in
