As part of our next growth phase, we're looking for a Team Lead – App Development (Flutter) who can also contribute to our web frontend evolution.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the mobile app team, building and maintaining apps using Flutter.
• Drive the mobile development lifecycle — from architecture and coding to release and support.
• Collaborate with backend developers working on a Laravel (PHP) framework.
• Support the web frontend transition from Blade (Laravel) to React, working closely with the design and dev teams.
• Handle app deployment and compliance across multiple territories, under the same product and various white-labeled names.
• Implement and maintain smooth CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.
• Ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store policies.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of mobile app development experience

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter & Dart

✅ Experience leading or mentoring a development team

✅ Familiar with Laravel (PHP) backend systems

✅ Ability to collaborate on React-based frontend migration

✅ Proficient in Git and setting up CI/CD pipelines

✅ Solid understanding of App Store & Play Store submission processes

✅ Experience managing multi-region and white-labeled app deployments

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React or any frontend JavaScript frameworks
• Exposure to healthcare, compliance-driven, or enterprise-level apps
• Previous experience working with international teams
