About the Role We are seeking a UI/UX Team Lead to lead exceptional user experience efforts across our suite of web and mobile applications for our flagship platform. This leadership position, based at our Kannur office, involves strategic thinking, hands-on design work, leadership, and team mentorship. Your role will be instrumental in shaping visually stunning, intuitive, accessible, and impactful interfaces for real users. What You'll Do - Lead and drive the UI/UX vision for Ecaret Solutions products. - Manage and mentor a team of designers and interns to achieve design excellence. - Establish and uphold a consistent design system. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. - Conduct usability reviews and user research to continually enhance our products. - Advocate for clean, accessible, and human-centered design throughout the organization. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UX thinking, interface design, and practical problem-solving is required. Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and UX best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to guide, review, and present designs confidently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect UI are crucial. Experience in agile product teams, balancing user needs with business goals, is preferred. Exposure to healthtech, SaaS platforms, or complex system design is a bonus.
