UI/UX Team Lead

Ultivic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for UI/UX TEAM LEAD

Key Responsibilities

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• 1–2+ years of experience leading or managing a design team.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers across multiple projects.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and create data-driven design solutions
• Design and prototype user interfaces, user experiences, and interaction designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
• Mentor and coach junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript
• Preferable experience with Webflow/ WordPress/ Shopify
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience design
• Expertise with design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, premiumpro
• Strong understanding of design systems, style guides, and design specifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to receive feedback and constructive criticism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
