UI/UX Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Team Leader who can bridge creative design and technology while leading a passionate design team. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with UI development, UX design tools, AI-powered design workflows, and capable of driving stakeholder communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Design: Drive UI/UX strategy across multiple projects and internal products, ensuring user-centric, visually compelling, and functional designs.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 designers, ensuring productivity, creativity, and skill growth.
• UI Development: Work hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks like Angular or React for pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs.
• UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Adobe XD and Figma or similar tools for seamless user experiences.
• AI-Driven Design:
• Explore and implement AI tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL·E, Canva AI for ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Apply LLMs and prompt engineering to optimize design workflows.
• Build AI-powered creative solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, present design solutions, and ensure smooth execution.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on design trends, AI innovations, and UX best practices to keep the team ahead in the digital design space.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in UI/UX design with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead role.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
• Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma for UX design.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools for creative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with team mentoring experience.
• Passion for innovation and adopting new technologies in design.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with agile product development environments.
• Prior experience in AI-integrated product design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
