About the Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Team Lead to champion exceptional user experience across our suite of web and mobile applications for our flagship platform

Based at our Kannur office, this is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, hands-on design work, leadership and team mentorship.

You’ll play a key part in shaping interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also deeply intuitive, accessible, and impactful for real users

What You’ll Do

Lead and drive the UI/UX vision for Ecaret Solutions products

Manage and mentor a team of designers and interns to achieve design excellence

Build and maintain a consistent design system

Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences

Conduct usability reviews and user research to continuously improve our products

Advocate for clean, accessible, and human-centered design across the company

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of UI/UX experience, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role

A portfolio that shows strength in UX thinking, interface design, and real-world problem solving

Expert in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and UX best practices

Strong communication skills – able to guide, review, and present designs confidently

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering pixel-perfect UI

Experience working in agile product teams and balancing user needs with business goals

(Bonus) Exposure to healthtech, SaaS platforms, or complex system design
