Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support the FP&A Manager in providing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Corporate Functions. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to the FP&A Manager.
• Gather and analyze relevant data from various departments to support forecasting and planning efforts.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with Corporate Function leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support their strategic initiatives.
• Participate in regular meetings with department heads to review financial performance and address any concerns or opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis activities.
• Assist in driving automation in monthly forecasting and annual planning tasks to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support planning and forecasting efforts.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other external reporting requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.
