Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  comprehensive financial analysis

  of investment opportunities across asset classes (equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, alternative investments).
• Build and maintain

  financial models

  for valuation, forecasting, sensitivity, and scenario planning.
• Prepare detailed

  investment memos and presentations

  for management and the investment committee.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, key metrics, and market trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis on actual vs. forecasted results and recommend actionable insights.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial modeling and analysis best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and implementation of analytical tools.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in

  financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance

  , preferably in an investment company, asset management, or private equity environment.
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
• Advanced proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  , and financial modeling tools.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
