Job description -Senior Finance ExecutiveSalary: 3.6 LPA - 4.2 LPA

Gender : Male /Female

Years of Experience : 2- 4

Educational Qualification : B.Com ,M.Com , BBA , MBA or Finance Related Course.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesØ Responsible for preparing and record keeping for all financial Transactions

Sound Knowledge in Tally ERP 9 ,Prime, MS Office .

Ø Should be expert in computing taxes and preparing tax returns & GST organizing and maintaining financial records.

Ø Provisional balance sheet/finalization of balance sheet/monthly receiving data/monthly expanses data/P/L account place wise.

Ø Manage annual audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained as per compliance.

Ø Vendor payment, outstanding bill payments.

Ø Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections)

Ø Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments.

Ø Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns,GST Returns , Advance Tax.

Ø Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge in Accounting Software and MS- office

Effective Communication Skills- English &Native Language, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working

Skill Set :Tally,Financial accounting, GST, TAX, Annual returns, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, Planning and budgeting and Cash-flow management.
