Role Overview

Trichur Surgicals is looking for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to independently manage end-to-end financial operations for multiple branches and the manufacturing unit. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in accounting, GST compliance, cash and fund flow management, and MIS reporting to support effective business decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across three branches and the factory.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries using Tally.

GST & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and related statutory compliances.
• Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and internal control policies.

Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and manage working capital requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and present fund flow statements to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure availability of adequate funds for smooth day-to-day operations.

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to management.

Multi-Location Coordination

• Oversee financial processes across multiple branches and the factory for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with branch managers and factory teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts management.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, cash flow, fund flow, and MIS reporting.
• Experience handling finance for multi-branch operations is preferred.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end finance functions.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
