Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager, located in Erode. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic financial recommendations to senior management. The role also involves ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements and leading a team in delivering financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial management skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cost management
• In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and auditing procedures
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and developing business strategies
• Leadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other relevant applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Prior experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry, is beneficial
