About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, and delivering actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis, variance reports, and cash flow management.
• Manage tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Utilize Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting and reporting.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, financial modeling).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CRM or advanced accounting software.
• Prior exposure to accounting practices in the hotel industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
