About the Role

Senior Finance & Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  Finance & Accounts division

  , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee

  budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis

  .
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements (

  BSE, SEBI, ROC

  , etc.).
• Manage

  internal and statutory audits

  and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and review

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  .
• Handle

  international transactions

  , accounting for global business operations, and financial reconciliations.
• Supervise

  cash flow management, fund planning, and banking operations

  .
• Strengthen

  internal financial controls and reporting systems

  .
• Provide

  strategic inputs

  to management for financial planning and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Qualification:

  Graduate or Postgraduate in

  Finance / Commerce

  (M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent).

• Experience:

  Minimum 10+ years

  of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a

  diversified or global business setup

  .

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of

  accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)

  , taxation, compliance, and financial laws.
• Expertise in

  finalisation of accounts

  and

  preparation of financial statements

  .

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP systems

  preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent

  analytical, leadership, and communication skills
