Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete finance function including AP, AR, GL, P&L, reconciliations, and monthly closings. • Manage financial operations for import, distribution, and domestic sales across states. • Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Excise, FEMA, and international trade regulations where applicable. • Coordinate with international stakeholders on fund transfers, intercompany accounts, and reporting. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Build strong financial processes with our international distributors and import partners. • Ensure excise documentation, licenses, and Alcobev compliance is up to date and error-free. • Handle statutory and internal audits, including liaison with consultants and legal advisors. • Generate MIS, board-level reports, and insights to support business decisions. • Work closely with management and global finance teams to align on strategy and compliance.
