We’re hiring a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to lead and oversee our finance operations based out of Hyderabad, with a scope that extends beyond India into our global Alcobev network. You’ll be responsible for handling end-to-end finance, accounting, and compliance for our import, distribution, and sales operations under the Loca Loka brand—currently expanding across multiple markets under the Ironhill umbrella. This is a critical role that needs someone with deep understanding of Alcobev finance, strong control orientation, and the ability to manage both local and cross-border financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete finance function including AP, AR, GL, P&L, reconciliations, and monthly closings. • Manage financial operations for import, distribution, and domestic sales across states. • Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Excise, FEMA, and international trade regulations where applicable. • Coordinate with international stakeholders on fund transfers, intercompany accounts, and reporting. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Build strong financial processes with our international distributors and import partners. • Ensure excise documentation, licenses, and Alcobev compliance is up to date and error-free. • Handle statutory and internal audits, including liaison with consultants and legal advisors. • Generate MIS, board-level reports, and insights to support business decisions. • Work closely with management and global finance teams to align on strategy and compliance. What We’re Looking For: • CA / MBA Finance / M. Com with at least 10 years of experience. • Strong exposure to Alcobev / FMCG / Import-Export / Distribution-based finance is a must. • Familiarity with global compliance, forex regulations, and cross-border reporting. • Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and ERP tools. • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive financial discipline across markets. • Someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and confident navigating both Indian and international finance ecosystems.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for providing bookkeeping services to multiple clients, including tasks such as bank deposits and reconciling monthly credit card, bank, and investment statements. You will assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, prepare and post journal entries, and develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Additionally, you will assist with audits as needed and provide financial reports as required. Your primary responsibilities will include balancing and maintaining accurate ledgers, matching purchase orders with invoices, coordinating bank deposits, and reporting financial results regularly to management. You will also be responsible for monitoring office expenses, tallying and entering cash receipts, reconciling, maintaining, and inputting data from various bank accounts and credit cards, as well as performing general ledger entries and posting transfers from various accounts. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, with 1-2 years of experience working as a bookkeeper preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. It is preferred that you are QuickBooks Certified and have experience with other cloud accounting software. Proficiency in advanced Excel/ G Suite is required, as well as the ability to interact with clients effectively.,
