Senior Facility ExecutiveRoles and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Soft Services Management
Oversee housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping operations Manage vendor relationships and performance for all soft services Ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards Client Visit Coordination Plan and coordinate all aspects of client visits to the facility Ensure premises are presentation-ready for client visits Prepare briefing materials and facility tours as required Coordinate with reception, security, and other departments for seamless visitor experience Event Management Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and functions Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and internal departments Ensure proper setup, execution, and breakdown of event spaces Additional Responsibilities: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections Manage customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly Create reports on service performance and present to management Train and develop team members in soft services operations Implement sustainability initiatives within soft services Budget management for soft services and events Required Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities
