Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, inventory, and 3PL coordination.
- Ensure 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C and 100% for marketplace orders (Amazon & Nykaa).
- Prevent SLA breaches by ensuring timely processing of marketplace orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for seamless shipment pickups.
- Ensure 100% QC is conducted at the time of Outbound by 3PL warehouse team.
- Optimize workforce planning and mentor team members for improved efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the Legal Metrology Act and product quality standards.
- Manage returns efficiently, improving claim approvals and QC checks.
- Make sure 99.9% re-inventories for RTO shipments.
- Handle operational challenges to maintain SLA adherence.
- Drive process improvements and automation in warehouse operations.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy as per targets.
- Verifying billing reports and share them with 3PL partners for invoice processing.
- Monitor SLA and operational performance reports, covering order fulfilment, returns, inbound, and inventory.
- Work with tech teams to resolve order errors and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the marketplace team to resolve order issues before SLA breaches.
- Ensuring timely coordination for packaging material orders to prevent stock depletion.
KPIs & KRAs
- Order Fulfilment: Maintain FC Order fulfilment TAT at 99%+ for B2C and 100% for marketplace orders.
- Returns Management: Improve claim success rate with effective QC for the products.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Monitor inbound TAT and return TAT.
- Crisis Management: Handle operational spikes and emergencies proactively.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce fulfilment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Proficient in MS Office with a good grasp of basic Excel formulas.
- Knowledge: Expertise in WMS, 3PL coordination, and fulfilment processes.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on operational excellence.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Flexibility: 6-day work week with availability for peak season challenges.
