Senior Purchase Executive to


  • 🔑 Key Responsibilities


  • Handle complete purchasing cycle for all merchandise required for exports.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Oversee material procurement and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and manage strong vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for requirements.
  • Monitor purchase orders, prepare reports, and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Resolve supply issues, delays, and quality concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and export compliance.


  • 📌 Qualifications & Skills


  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the export industry.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
