Key Responsibilities: Teach English language and literature to senior secondary students (CBSE Board curriculum). Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable). Encourage student participation through creative activities, discussions, and projects. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and teaching aids. Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback. Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events. Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school initiatives. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and faculty meetings. Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in English (MA in English). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level. In-depth knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
