Electrical Supervisor

Your strong leadership qualities and comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including high and low voltage applications, will be essential for the effective management of maintenance activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. - Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and HVAC systems. - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, manage inventory, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. - Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. - Provide training and guidance to team members on electrical schematics, troubleshooting techniques, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. - Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute electrical projects efficiently while minimizing downtime. - Maintain documentation related to maintenance activities, including reports on repairs, inspections, and compliance with regulatory standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance environment with a focus on electrical systems. - Strong knowledge of electrical principles, high voltage systems, low voltage applications, and mechanical knowledge related to facilities management. - Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration into overall facility operations. - Experience with project management methodologies to effectively lead initiatives from conception through completion. - Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and across departments.
