TGT/PGT English Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to senior secondary students (CBSE Board curriculum).
• Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable).
• Encourage student participation through creative activities, discussions, and projects.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and teaching aids.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and school initiatives.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and faculty meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in English (MA in English).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level.
• In-depth knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
