About the role:

We are looking for a performance-driven, data-curious Senior Paid Media Executive / Strategist to join our team.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn – driving measurable customer acquisition and helping us deliver against ambitious growth goals.


You’ll work cross-functionally with our internal teams, bringing a test-and-learn mindset to everything you do. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves performance marketing, wants to own big budgets, and is passionate about impact-led brands across various industries.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple-projects with strict performance metrics

2. Manage and optimise paid social and search campaigns to drive new customer growth

3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, test and iterate new creative, audience and campaign strategies

4. Continuously monitor performance data, derive insights and make data-driven optimisations to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS etc

5. Build clear, concise reports and communicate insights to stakeholders across the business

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing measurement and attribution approach

7. Support testing of new channels, tools and tactics as part of the broader growth roadmap


What we're looking for:

We’re looking for a hands-on senior paid media professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves using data to make decisions and is excited by the challenge of scaling a high-growth brand. This is a client-facing role. Hence we look forward to great communication skills.


You need to bring:

1. 4+ years’ hands-on experience managing and optimising Meta and Google campaigns directly

2. 2+ years of proven success managing multiple projects and budgets to meet acquisition, CPA, CPL and ROAS targets across various platforms

3. Strong understanding of attribution and how channels interact

4. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 (Looker Studio is a bonus)

5. Excellent prioritisation, time management and stakeholder communication skills

6. Experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets

7. Experience presenting performance reports with actionable insights

8. You can join immediately (preferred) or within the next 15-30 days

9. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and lead from the front with minimum to no

supervision

Nice to have:

1. Experience with landing page testing and CRO

2. Google Tag Manager skills

3. Familiarity with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and HTML/CSS

4. Experience with basic SEO

5. Exposure to UI/UX optimization
