Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, responsible for leading the development and implementation of laminated glass products. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new product designs and technologies to enhance existing laminated glass products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and quality control.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage and mentor junior team members to improve their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all aspects of product development and manufacturing.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the glass industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of laminated glass technology and its applications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Experience with project management and budgeting is an added advantage.
