Position: Technician Facility Management

Job Summary:

smooth functioning, maintenance, and repair

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs
of equipment and machinery.
Ensure all machines are operational and maintained as per company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
efficiently.
Coordinate with
vendors for spare parts and service requirements.
Maintain
daily logs and reports
on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
Support
preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Travel to
multiple sites within Pune, Lucknow, and other locations (Pan India)
as required.
Follow all
safety, operational, and company protocols.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma
in Electrical or Mechanical field.
24 years
of experience in
facility management or equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of
electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Excellent
troubleshooting
and
vendor coordination
skills.
Basic computer proficiency for maintenance reporting and documentation.
