Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Delhi, India. The Technician will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems and related components. Day-to-day duties include configuring and calibrating equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality in all AV project implementations. The Technician will also assist in integrating systems, conducting routine maintenance, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Installation, Testing, and Maintenance of Audio Visual systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, system integration, and calibration processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Experience with Audio Visual design and consultancy is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude for working on complex systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Prior experience or understanding of Network Operating Centers (NOC), Conference Rooms, and Auditoriums is beneficial.
• Relevant certification or technical training in Engineering, AV Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.
