Event Production & Show CallingLead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events such as town halls, meetings, and webinars, ensuring all technical and operational elements meet client needs.Provide flawless show calling during live events, managing real-time communication and transitions between segments for seamless execution.Interface professionally with clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into technical and creative event requirements.Manage and execute events using enterprise platforms such as Zoom and Zoom Webinar, including multisite broadcasts.Conduct pre-event technical checks, validation, and backup scenario planning to ensure readiness and minimize risks.Apply strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and high event quality.Collaborate closely with multimedia technicians, operations managers, and production staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth event execution.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication (written and verbal) with all stakeholders.Video & Camera OperationsOperate and manage multiple cameras (including PTZ controllers), create presets, and frame visually dynamic shots for live events.Operate video switchers/vision mixers, ensuring seamless transitions between video feeds and maintaining high broadcast quality.Shade and color cameras using scopes and charts, interpret exposure levels, and maintain optimal video quality.Set up and maintain proper lighting, operate roaming cameras for B-roll or candid interviews, and ensure cinematographic standards.Provide support for video capture software, digital recording technologies, and troubleshoot video-related issues in real time.Oversee video workflows from pre-production to final broadcast, ensuring technical excellence and creative impact.Required Skills & Qualifications8–10 years in live event production/show calling in corporate or entertainment settings.Significant hands-on experience with video/camera operations, ideally as a DOP or senior video engineer.Deep understanding of A/V and broadcast equipment, including video switchers, PTZ cameras, Blackmagic, VMIX, and Zoom platforms.Proficiency in video capture codecs, compression, color grading, and exposure interpretation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong relationship management and client-facing abilities.Quick decision-making and troubleshooting skills, especially under pressure.Proven ability to work collaboratively, delegate tasks, and support team members.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving event production trends.Always maintains a professional appearance and positive demeanor.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.Preferred QualificationsCertification in event production, video production, or related fields.Experience with additional video production equipment or software tools.Knowledge of live streaming platforms and broadcast protocols.
