Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Industry:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented marketing professional with experience in the crane rental, boom lift, or similar equipment rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare rental proposals and handle contract negotiations with clients.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collections.
Participate in tender bidding processes; prior tendering experience is mandatory.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and manage MIS reports related to sales, rentals, and client data.
Conduct cold calling and coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
Support additional marketing and business development activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing within crane rental, boom lift, or similar industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in tender documentation and bidding processes.
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up on payments effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of equipment rental market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
