Brief Overview of the Role:

4+ years of experience in areas such as IT Systems administration, Infrastructure development, and Support Desk. All Executive and Senior Executive level personnel within the organization are classified as third-party payroll employees. Job Specification:

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for corporates
• Experience with Server & Storage Administration, VMware Administration, AWS Cloud Administration, Network Administration, Surveillance System Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, Exchange, AD, DNS, End Point etc.
• Proficient in Managing AWS and Azure Cloud Infrastructures
• Support and contribute to the implementation and documentation of IT Infrastructure policies, processes and standards and ensure incorporation of best practices with regards to hardware support, software support, and cloud. Track and monitor the implementation of policies and processes for acquisition, maintenance, disbursal of technology assets as defined in the IT policies.
• Maintaining all critical business software and other IT services to provide smooth, continuous and error free IT Services continuous and error free IT Services to the End user
• Ability to work in global environments with teams spread globally
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Lead and Assist in IT Systems & Operations with daily operations, projects, and support helpdesk.
• Lead small / mid-size Infra projects, including solution design and deployment of latest IT Infra systems and services.
• Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing operational challenges.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, contributing to their successful completion
• Responsible for system upgrades and enhancements
• Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux, Intune, Kandji etc.
• Analyze performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to address and solve system related issues and requirements
• Implement and uphold IT policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor system performances and generate reports for senior management
• Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
• Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and office automation software issues related to internal IT
• Achieve & maintain high customer satisfaction on services provided by Infrastructure & Operations function
• Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
