Senior Executive - Information Technology

As an IT (Infrastructure & Operations) professional with 4+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure and services for corporates. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and assisting in IT Systems & Operations with daily operations, projects, and support helpdesk. - Leading small / mid-size Infra projects, including solution design and deployment of the latest IT Infra systems and services. - Assisting in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing operational challenges. - Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, contributing to their successful completion. - Being responsible for system upgrades and enhancements. - Maintaining and managing all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux, Intune, Kandji, etc. - Analyzing performance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards. - Collaborating with different departments to address and solve system-related issues and requirements. - Implementing and upholding IT policies and procedures. - Coordinating with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. - Monitoring system performances and generating reports for senior management. - Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems to ensure effective operation. - Achieving & maintaining high customer satisfaction on services provided by the Infrastructure & Operations function. - Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations. - Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices. - Ensuring completeness of documentation. Your qualifications should include being a Graduate (Any Stream) with proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, services, and various IT systems and services. Additionally, your analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, time-management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills will be crucial for success in this role.,
