The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, managing internship programs, and supporting business development (BD) activities.
Full-time MBA in HR or PGDHRM from a premier institute.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in HR tools and systems.
Candidates must be based in Greater Noida or willing to relocate.
