Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida/New Delhi for a Patent Prosecution Professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling foreign prosecution of patent applications, drafting responses to office actions/communication from oatebt offices, and providing legal opinions on patent-related matters. Additionally, the role requires close interaction with clients to understand their inventions and craft suitable patent prosecution strategies. The professional will also be involved in reviewing office actions prepared by team members and managing a portfolio of patents.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and understand complex inventions
• Proficiency in managing a portfolio of patents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's/Masters/Phd in Engineering (ECE, EEE,EE, IT, CSE), or related field; a degree in Law is a plus
• Experience in Intellectual Property law and sound knowledge of US, EP and IN patent laws
