Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR functions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and maintaining employee records.

• Experience in payroll management, statutory compliance
• Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficient in various Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
