Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Paddhari for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, operations, and employee relations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing the HR department, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong abilities in Employee Relations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage a diverse workforce
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
